the future
 For
those who lived through the disaster, responded to a call for aid,
or followed it closely through the media, this is one experience
that will not soon be forgotten. So how do we as a world of people
separated by oceans, language and culture move forward? At Humane
Education Programs we stand strong in our mission to promote compassion
and encourage responsibility through education. A presentation has
been developed to help children and adults understand the crippling
effects this and other disasters have on the world. More importantly
we wish to show how people can come together to develop a world
of compassion. A world where children are allowed to express themselves
freely, and adults live every day knowing they made a difference
in the life of another. May we all grow to become better with each
passing day.
